Back of House (Kitchen)
Crowsnest Pass Golf Club is seeking Back of House team members for the golf season. Positions include Lead Line Cook, Line Cook, and Kitchen Assistant.
This team is responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting efficient kitchen operations during daily service and events.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, works well independently and in a team setting, and can perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience required for cooks
- Leadership experience an asset for Lead Line Cook
- Food Safety Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Wages: Minimum of $23/hr for minimum 3 years experience.

- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and kitchen workflow efficiency
- Lead, coach, and support back-of-house staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling input, and performance management
- Build strong kitchen routines, accountability, and teamwork
- Support the development of reliable line leadership and training systems
- Execute prep systems, inventory counts, and portion controls
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Alberta health regulations
- Support kitchen organization, consistency, and operational standards
- Assist with implementing written procedures and staff training systems
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to align kitchen execution with operational goals, staffing levels, seasonal business demands, and guest expectations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house leadership to support smooth service operations
- Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong food execution and line experience
