Green Fees for 2025

All rates include the round of golf, cart usage and range access. Please note that GST is not included.

An advanced booking fee of $20 per player applies when reserving tee times more than 7 days in advance.

*9-Hole & 5-Hole rates are only available after 5:30pm.

Driving Range

Public Range Hours

4PM – 9PM every day except Wednesday

4PM – 6PM Wednesday

Range access is available by checking in at the Pro Shop.

Local Resident Discount

On Sundays, residents of the Crowsnest Pass receive a 30% discount on 18-hole rounds after 2:00 PM or 9-hole rounds after 5:30 PM.

Booking Policies

Reservation Requirements:
To reserve tee times, provide your name, telephone number, email address, and a valid credit card. Personal information is securely protected and not shared with third parties.
Advance Booking:

Public bookings are available up to 7 days in advance. Reservations made more than 7 days ahead incur a $20 advanced booking fee per player, refundable if canceled more than 7 days before the tee time.

Pairing Policy:
The Pro Shop may pair singles and groups of two at their discretion to optimize tee time availability.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies

Cancellations:
Modify or cancel your tee time without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
Reducing the number of players, cancelling within 48 hours, or failing to show may result in a fee of up to $50 per player charged to the credit card on file. If multiple profiles are associated with a booking, each may be charged accordingly.
Member No-Shows:

Members who do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 fine per player, billed to their account. No-show guests will be charged to the corresponding member who booked the time. Exceptions apply during inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances.

Rain Check Policy

  • Rain checks may be issued for future visits if the course is deemed unplayable due to weather, lightning, or other factors.
  • Green Fee Rain Checks will be provided as a gift card credit, which can be used for pro shop purchases or future green fees.
