Our Golf Instructors
Jason Roth
Jason’s formative years were spent in Crossfield, Alberta, where he worked at the Carstairs Golf Course during high school. After graduating, Jason enrolled in a Professional Golf Management Course at Lethbridge Community College. Jason received his Pro card in Airdrie, Alberta, at age 18.
Jason continued his golf career throughout college and university working as an assistant Pro for both the Pheasant Back Golf Course in Stettler, Alberta, (2 years) and Land O Lakes in Coaldale (3 years).
In 2014 Jason was hired as the Head Pro at the Crowsnest Pass Golf Club following 2 years as the assistant Pro with the club. Jason really enjoys the atmosphere and the great people at the Crowsnest Pass Golf Club.

Rob Lean
Rob comes to you from the Highwood Golf & Country Club in High River, Alberta, where he worked as an Associate Golf Professional for the 2020 season. Rob graduated with honours from the Professional Golf Management Program at Lethbridge Community College in 2004. Rob continued his golf career throughout college working at the Glencoe Golf and Country Club in Calgary, Alberta.
From beginners to low handicappers; men, women and junior golfers of all skill levels are included in the 21 years that Rob has taught professionally. Some of the venues where lessons were conducted include The Glencoe Golf & Country Club, Highwood Golf & Country Club, River Spirit Golf Club, The Canal at Delacour, and recently with Elle Golf through the City of Calgary at Elbow Springs Golf Club in 2019. Born in Blairmore, Rob is looking forward to the 2025 golf season and returning to the atmosphere and the great people of the Crowsnest Pass Golf.
