We are looking for an outgoing & friendly Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at Crowsnest Pass Golf Club!

Reporting to the Head Golf Professional, the Pro Shop Attendant will ensure friendly and efficient service in the Pro-shop. Our goal is to provide a helpful booking and checkin experience, and friendly assistance with retail sales. The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for checking in customers and retail sales.

Duties:

• Manage golf bookings and reservations

• Check-in guests and collect fees

• Answer phones and directing calls

• Assisting customers and seling products in the pro-shop

• Outfitting guests with golfing gear

Qualifications:

• Team player with desire to exceed customer expectations

• Outgoing with highly developed interpersonal skills

• Commitment to customer service and exceptional attention to detail

• Working knowledge of computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), willingness to learn POS systems

• Valid driver’s license

• Previous golf course experience is preferred

• Experience in a resort setting

• Retail sales experience
